Acceptance of Terms 
Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") carefully before using guestmanager.com ("the Sites") operated by Good Nights Entertainment ("Goodnights", "Guest Manager", "us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at guestmanager.com

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this websites particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.

Any participation in this site will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this site.

Description of Guest Manager 
Guest Manager & Goodnights are both DBA's for Good Nights Entertainment Inc (A corporation based in the province of British Columbia, Canada) and Good Nights Entertainment LLC (a limited liability corporation in the state of Washington). Guest Manager / Goodnights ("us", "we", or "our") operates both http://guestmanager.com and http://goodnights.me (the "Sites") providing services for event organizers to sell tickets and manage their guestlists, and for ticket buyers to complete online registrations for those events.

Ticket Purchase & Registration Obligations 
The Ticket Buyer agrees to provide accurate and truthful information during the checkout process including: email address, first name, last name, phone number, address, and billing information. If any information provided is incorrect, unverifiable, or suspect, then Guest Manager reserves the right to cancel and refund any tickets without notice. The credit card used to make a purchase must be the same identity/person as the email address used. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result is the suspension of your account at any time.

Your Ticket & Identity 
Guest Manager is a unique ticketing system in that individual, unique barcodes and IDs are not used to identity tickets. Rather, each account, identited by either an email address, legal name, Facebook Profile ID, phone number, or any combination therein is used to prove valid access for an event. You agree to not reproduce, give, transfer, or sell your unique ID number and barcodes. Failure to abide by this rule compromises the integrity of our access control, and is therefore grounds for account termination and refusal of entry at the event.

Transfer of Tickets 
Guest Manager offers a simple and convenient way to transfer tickets. Ticket Buyers can input the recipients email address, phone number, or Facebook profile and hit Send. The original cardholder who purchased the tickets is required to submit a signed receipt confirming the finality of the sale, thereby fulfilling the services provided by both Guest Manager and the Event Organizer as rendered and as described. Failure to sign off on the ticket transfer may result in denied entry for the ticket recipient. This is for fraud protection reasons and the nature of consumer credit card protection.

Right of Admission 
The venue and event organizer reserve the right of admission. At their discretion they may refuse entry to individuals for reasons presented but not limited to:

  • Failure to present valid Government ID and Original Credit Card used to purchase tickets
  • Failure to arrive on time when the event begins
  • Overly intoxicated
  • Being a danger to themselves and/or others
  • Generally acting in an unlawful manner
  • Violations of dress code


Delivery of Goods 
Unless otherwise noted, any and all transactions that take place on our Site is for a digital good (access to events) that is delivered immediately upon purchase by Email, SMS, iPhone App, and/or made available at the venue where the event will take place. In any case, proof of identity via Driver License and credit card used to purchase the tickets is required to be present upon admittance to the event.

Unless otherwise stated, Guest Manager does NOT ship, track, or provide physical tickets for purchases made online by credit card. All sales are delivered immediately upon payment as described above. In the event that you did not receive a purchase confirmation receipt by email, please contact us immediately.

Credit Card Statement Information 
Purchases made on the Site will appear on your credit card statement as CHARGE.GOODNIGHTS.ME for Canadian Customers, and CHARGE.GUESTMANGER.COM for United States Customers unless otherwise noted. For some events, the charge may appear as the title of the event. If you are unsure of a charge on your statement, and would like to receive details on the transaction, please contact us with as much information regarding the transaction as possible, and we will be happy to look it up for you.

Refunds and Exchanges 
All sales are final. In the event of a refund, all service fees on ticket purchases are non refundable. Please review ticket ordering information carefully prior to ticket purchase. Guest Manager/Goodnights will not refund or exchange tickets, unless event is cancelled or rescheduled. In some special cases refunds may be issued but this is ultimately to the discretion of Guest Manager. All refund requests are to be made directly to the Event Organizer.

Refund requests that include but are not limited to the following reasons are not valid grounds for a refund:

  • Venue capacity, # of guests present
  • Loss of personal property
  • VIP amenities provided
  • Long lines, wait times, or delayed entry
  • Denied entry (for reasons other than the validity of your ticket)
  • Constrained resources of any kind, including but not limited to, bathrooms, security staff available, drinks
  • Drink specials, serving of beverages
  • Availability of drinks, merchandise
  • DJ set times, talent performances
  • Poor Sound system
  • Sustained personal injury at the event
  • Event ended early due to Police, Liquor Board, Fire Department, or Venue Security

Cancelled or Rescheduled Events 
In the event that a show is cancelled, refunds will be made available at the point of purchase. Please follow instructions from the Event Organizer on how to receive a refund. In the event that a show is rescheduled, a similiar or equivalent ticket will be issued in place of the original purchase. Alternatively, refund requests will be honored. Please allow up to 7 business days following the announcement of a cancelled or rescheduled event to receive a replacement or refund. Service fees are non refundable for cancelled or rescheduled events.

Accuracy of Information 
This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

Limitation of Liability 
Good Nights Entertainment will not be held liable in any way with respect to the services we provide to Ticket Buyers and Event Organizers. Good Nights Entertainment (Goodnights, Guest Manager) is not affiliated with any event organizers or others providing services or events for which tickets are purchased. Goodnights is solely acting as a ticketing service provider between event organizer and ticket purchaser for specific events. Goodnights assumes no liability incidental to the event for which tickets are sold or purchased. Ticket purchaser assumes all risks associated with attendance of events. Goodnights is not affiliated with any of the events, venues, or event organizers that sell tickets on the Goodnights platform. Therefore, we will not be held liable under any circumstances for losses or damages as a result of your voluntary participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of personal injury, negligence, damage or loss of personal property on the part of the events or event sponsors.

Intellectual Property 
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Good Nights Entertainment and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Warranty Disclaimer 
The services we provide are provided as-is. We make no warranty that our Site and/or Services will be made available at any time, whether it is interrupted, offline, down for maintainance, or contains errors/bugs during use.

Governing Law 
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, United States, and the province of British Columbia, Canada without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes to this Agreement 
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
